As a small retail shop we provide a hands-on approach to everything we offer. All of our items are thoughtfully curated, sourced from trusted artisan partners and on occasion may ship directly from their studios — but know that we will remain your single point of contact from start to finish. Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Personalized or special orders will take longer to ship.
To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, items may be shipped in multiple packages if your order contains multiple products. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Every order is thoughtfully managed by our team. We handle all customer care, returns, and communication so you can shop with confidence knowing you're well taken care of.
Delivery Times
Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location. While we strive for timely delivery, these times are estimates and not guaranteed, and some orders may take longer.
Local Pickup
Local pickup orders will be ready within 2–4 business days and you'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Select items are available for local pickup at our location. Please note that items shipped directly from our maker partners are available for shipping only.
