Refund policy

We value our relationship with you and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that your purchase wasn't exactly what you expected, we have developed the following process(es) to insure your return will be handled quickly. Thank you very much for your business!

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns if postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All Item(s) must be returned in new condition with the original receipt or proof of purchase and all the original packaging. Any item that does not have the original packaging, tags, etc or is returned to us damaged will not be accepted for return.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling of the returned item(s) back to us. We recommend that you ship the package with tracking as we do not accept responsibility for any item(s) damaged or lost in transit back to us.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as quickly as possible, typically 2-3 days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with a store credit or refund for the amount of the returned item(s) and any applicable tax. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Several types of goods are exempt from our return policy. Perishable items such as food and personal items such as bath/body items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are special orders, personalized items, sale items or furniture. 

 

DAMAGED ITEM RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

It is always our intent to package your merchandise securely to ensure a safe delivery to you. Should your item(s) arrive in damaged condition, you must keep any and all original packaging (including boxes, peanuts, paper etc.) and contact us within 3 days of delivery to file a claim. We also request photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box as this will be helpful with our claim to the delivery service. Send documentation and photos to orders@theredhoundgifts.com. Once your claim is approved, a replacement item(s) will be shipped to you or a refund issued to your original form of payment.

 

UNDELIVERED ITEM(S):

If you cannot locate your package and the tracking information shows the package as delivered, we are not responsible for replacing the lost items. If this should happen, contact our customer service at orders@theredhoundgifts.com and we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping service.
