Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please contact us if you have an international inquiry.


Ordering & Personalization

How does personalization and customization work?
Some products offer optional personalization, allowing you to add engraving or embroidery (up to 30 characters) for an additional $14.95. A text field will appear on the product page. If no personalization details are entered, the item will be fulfilled and shipped in its original, non-personalized form.

Other products are offered as customized items, where customization is required. These products include a mandatory text field and are created specifically to your specifications. Customized items are not available in a non-customized version and will only be produced using the provided details.

All personalized and customized items are final sale.

Can I add special instructions to my order?
Yes. You’ll find a “Note to The Red Hound Gifts” field in your bag where you may add gift enclosure text or other special instructions.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us immediately at orders@theredhoundgifts.com if you need to make a change. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify it.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Please note that personalized and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?
Email orders@theredhoundgifts.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions via email.

Do you have a physical store?
The Red Hound Gifts transitioned to a fully online boutique in October 2025. While we no longer have a brick-and-mortar location, we’re always here to help online.
