How To Build A Charcuterie Board

What's all the rage? Charcuterie (Char-coo-ti-ree) of course! A beautiful charcuterie board is both a statement piece and a time-saver since it requires little to no cooking. It's a signature party food, and we promise you don’t need to be an expert food stylist to put one together. Charcuterie boards can be made ahead of time (up to 48 hours), just pop it in your fridge until right before serving. Unlike so other many recipes, the key to a good charcuterie board is doing what you want, choose all your favorite ingredients and whatever you think your guests will love..but if you need a little guidance, this how-to is for you.

Meet the Instructor: Nona Johnson, co-founder, co-owner of Norcross' own The Local Peach. From her days of graduating from The Culinary School of Fort Worth to winning season 8 of Hell's Kitchen, Chef Nona approaches her cooking with the determination of Julia Childs, the energy of Justin Wilson and the heart of Paul Prudhomme...serving up southern cuisine with a twist.
